Suggested use: 

• 1 capsule of Turn Wrinkles Away taken 1 to 2 times daily preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

• Cleanse your face morning and/or evening with the Charcoal Face Wash by applying a small amount of face wash to your hand and massage into damp skin. Rinse off using cool water in the morning and warm water in the evening.

• Apply the sunscreen before sun exposure to dry skin. For the face of an adult, the amount of 1 tsp is required. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection.
