SHIPPING METHODS

All orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next working day.

Orders within Europe will be shipped with DPD and delivery takes **1-3 days** after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Delivery schedules is a best estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. The grey will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

  • EU Countries: Free Shipping (for orders above €100,00)
  • EU Countries: Express €15,00
  • UK: €9,00 (for orders below €100,00) (Additional custom and VAT might be applicable)
  • UK: Free Shipping (for orders above €100,00) (Additional custm and VAT might be applicable)
  • Switzerland, Ukraine, Russia: €30,00
  • USA, Canada: €25,00
  • USA, Canada: Express €40,00
  • USA, Canada: Free Shipping (for orders above €250,00)
  • Rest Of The World : €45,00

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If the grey men’s skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via sms or email when your package is ready to be delivered

 

**During holiday season please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual. This includes shipping orders with speedy delivery in attempts to achieve delivery before christmas upon request. We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.** 

 

FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY

For security purposes, The Grey men's skincare reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
