Squalane
Apricot Kernel Oil is made from the apricot kernel, which is a good source of vitamins A and E plus it contains essential fatty acids. It is excellent for moisturizing and nourishing mature, dry and sensitive skins as it is easily absorbed.
Macadamia Oil
The golden yellow oil coming from the Macadamia nut, a native Australian nut. Similar to other plant oils, it's loaded with emollient and nourishing fatty acids. It's a high oleic acid oil that makes ideal for dry skin types. Its unique property is that it contains high amounts of a rare fatty acid called palmitoleic acid.
Phospholipid
Phospholipids are types of lipids (fats) composed of glycerol, fatty acids, and phosphate. Phospholipids in skin care have value for numerous reasons– chief among them is that they are hygroscopic, meaning they pull in water from surrounding air and hold it where more hydration is needed. Research also shows that phospholipids have antioxidant properties and be effective in helping deliver other ingredients more effective to skin in cosmetics.
Squalane
Squalane is a naturally occurring hydrocarbon component of olive oil. It protects the skin against moisture loss, makes it smooth, and improves the structure of the skin’s natural lipid barrier.
Potassium Alum
Potassium Alum is a naturally occurring crystal mineral. It is an astringent, antiseptic, and potent antibacterial agent. Potassium Alum inhibits the growth of the bacteria responsible for body odor but does not stop perspiration. For this reason, it is used as a natural deodorant, making it the most effective and safest alternative to synthetic antiperspirants.
Maris Sal
These naturally occurring inorganic salts, derived from the Dead Sea, work as natural preservatives and have antibacterial properties. Maris Sal has also demonstrated that regular usage relieves skin disorders such as psoriasis.
Silver Citrate
It provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and is effective against unwanted skin bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms. It also prevents the formation of body malodor by fast-reducing bacteria that metabolize human sweat.
Triethyl Citrate
Inhibits the enzymatic decomposition of sweat components and is, therefore, an excellent active agent for deodorants.
